Finance Manager - Record To Report

hirify.global is establishing centralized Record-to-Report operations across multiple entities and regions.

What you will do

• Lead the setup and operational management of Record-to-Report functions within the CAO.
• Oversee general ledger accounting, month-end and year-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, and financial reporting support.
• Drive standardization and process optimization across global finance operations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate policies, and SOX requirements.
• Partner with business units, FP&A, tax, treasury, and internal and external auditors.
• Develop KPIs, close calendars, service delivery metrics, process documentation, and internal control enhancements while building and mentoring the RTR organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or an equivalent field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, MIA, ICAEW, or equivalent.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in general accounting, reporting, and tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and hands-on experience with general ledger, closing activities, financial controls, and statutory reporting.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• ERP knowledge, preferably SAP or Oracle.

Nice to have

• Experience setting up or transitioning shared service centers.
• Experience with finance transformation, system implementation, or migration initiatives.
• Experience with US GAAP.
