Head of Data (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY; hybrid work with at least 2 days per week in the office

Salary: $250,000+ annually, plus benefits and equity

hirify.global builds financial infrastructure for venture capital and private markets, supporting investments, funds, syndicates, and banking services.

What you will do

• Lead attribution, incrementality, LTV/CAC, customer segmentation, forecasting, and experimentation across business units.
• Build analytical measurement of how hirify.global’s businesses reinforce one another and identify investments that accelerate growth.
• Establish experimentation as the default for product, marketing, and growth, including supporting infrastructure and review processes.
• Guide the evolution of the Snowflake-based data platform, prioritizing gaps and architectural investments.
• Manage and deliberately grow a senior team spanning data engineering and analytics.
• Partner with the CFO, CEO, and general managers on capital allocation and go-to-market decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, decision science, or growth analytics, including hands-on practitioner work.
• At least 2 years of experience leading teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in attribution, causal inference, experimentation, LTV/CAC, segmentation, forecasting, or marketplace measurement.
• Strong Python and SQL skills, with recent experience building models.
• Ability to influence executive decisions through rigorous analysis and communicate exceptionally in writing.
• Ability to make sound data-platform and architecture decisions while working as a player-coach.
