Location: US Remote; hybrid workplace

Salary: $192,000–$240,000 annually, including the bonus target where applicable

What you will do

• Lead consulting engagements through problem definition, structured analysis, and client-ready recommendations grounded in quantum computing capabilities.
• Work with enterprise clients to identify and frame strategic questions related to quantum technology adoption.
• Lead client interviews, workshops, and working sessions while advising senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities, shape proposals and statements of work, and expand advisory engagements with support from sales and consulting leadership.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, product, and research teams to integrate technical perspectives into client work.
• Develop advisory methodologies, reusable assets, and thought leadership informed by quantum computing expertise.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in consulting, advisory, strategy, transformation, or analytical roles in professional services or advanced-technology environments.
• Must be a U.S. Person: U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, or worker granted asylum or refugee status.
• Must not be a national of the People’s Republic of China or Russia unless also a U.S. citizen, due to U.S. Government national security requirements.
• Familiarity with quantum computing technology, with the ability to synthesize technical and business information into structured recommendations.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and senior-stakeholder engagement skills.
