Director, Consulting - Financial Services (AI)

Location: New York (Grand Central), NY, United States; in-office 4 days per week

Base salary: $200,000–$280,000 per year. OTE: $400,000–$410,000.

What you will do

• Partner with the VP of Consulting to qualify opportunities and develop go-to-market and co-selling strategies.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify high-value workflows, map bottlenecks, and design future-state architectures on the hirify.global platform.
• Own delivery roadmaps and oversee the configuration and deployment of scalable, production-ready AI agents and workflows.
• Translate client requirements for Product and Engineering teams and advocate for platform improvements.
• Manage multidisciplinary resources, timelines, delivery quality, and measurable outcomes such as speed to value and cost reduction.
• Develop consulting playbooks and delivery frameworks to scale the platform consulting motion globally.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience at a top-tier consultancy or high-growth SaaS platform.
• Deep experience in the financial services industry and a track record of managing complex client engagements from initial meeting through proven value.
• Experience leading cross-functional or technical delivery teams, including engineers.
• Ability to re-architect manual business processes into automated workflows and create BRDs, process documentation, and best practices.
• Experience in both pre-sales and delivery, including deploying CRM, ERP, EMR, RPA, or low-code platforms.
• Understanding of data architectures, enterprise integration patterns, APIs, ETL, AI, automation, and modern enterprise software.
