Project Coordinator (Robotics)

What you will do

• Create and maintain documentation for part templating standards, workflows, and edge cases.
• Monitor templating output, perform quality spot-checks, and coach team members to prevent process drift.
• Build and manage templating schedules while balancing team capacity with customer and production deadlines.
• Assign daily and weekly templating work and reprioritize tasks as business needs change.
• Onboard and train Mission Control team members on templating tools, workflows, and quality expectations.
• Combine hands-on templating with operational leadership and process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience with part templating, robotic weld programming, CAD/CAM operations, or a related manufacturing or robotics discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to create clear, organized process documentation.
• Experience managing team capacity, task assignments, workflows, and changing delivery schedules.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to explain complex workflows clearly.
• Ability to deliver high-quality individual work while leading and enabling a broader team.
