Build Technical Project Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Own the build program schedule, milestones, and execution plan from prototype builds through production ramp.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, build, and test teams to keep robot builds aligned and unblocked.
• Track and resolve dependencies, risks, blockers, parts constraints, and schedule issues while driving timely decisions.
• Translate engineering and production priorities into sequenced build plans in partnership with the hands-on build team.
• Establish and improve planning cadences, build readiness reviews, status tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
• Feed build issues, schedule slips, and readiness gaps back into engineering, manufacturing, and supply-chain planning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical program or project management, hardware build or manufacturing operations, or a related field.
• Experience delivering complex electromechanical or robotic products, ideally from prototype through production.
• Proven ownership of schedules, milestones, and cross-functional execution for complex hardware programs.
• Ability to read BOMs, schematics, and CAD drawings and understand build, integration, and test workflows.
• Strong dependency, risk, blocker, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Employment authorization documents must be digitally verified through E-Verify after accepting an offer.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with robotic systems, especially humanoid, legged, or manipulation robots.
• Experience with ERP/MRP, PLM, MES, or project-tracking systems.
• Experience with prototype-to-production hardware programs.
