Senior Project Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Build and implement engineering development and delivery processes from scratch.
• Standardize the task lifecycle from estimation through release and post-release support.
• Configure Jira as a unified task management system and maintain automated Roadmaps with Jira Plans.
• Coordinate Development, QA, DevOps, Design, Compliance, Marketing, distributed teams, and external B2B partners.
• Facilitate backlog prioritization by balancing business needs, technical debt, bugs, and urgent requests.
• Manage delivery risks, resolve priority conflicts, and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Jira workflows, fields, permissions, automations, Advanced Roadmaps, and dependency management.
• Proven experience creating and implementing development processes within engineering teams from scratch.
• Understanding of game product development, including slots, platforms, and back offices.
• Experience adapting Agile, Scrum, or Kanban practices to a regulated iGaming environment.
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills across QA, Design, Compliance, and external contractors.
• Russian: native; English: Upper-Intermediate, B2+ or higher.
