What you will do

  • Own system-level technical execution for robotic stations and hardware projects.
  • Design the overall architecture and layout of robotic cells.
  • Coordinate delivery across mechanical, electrical, controls, software, ML, and automation teams.
  • Drive end-to-end integration from early design through FAT, SAT, commissioning, and customer acceptance.
  • Manage schedules, technical milestones, change feasibility, and issue resolution through final deployment.
  • Analyze robot and system performance data and act as a technical bridge between engineering, project management, and customer-facing roles.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in hardware, systems, or project engineering for robotics, automation, or industrial systems.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end robotic or automation projects.
  • Strong system-level understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation domains.
  • Ability to understand complex technical systems and debug across hardware/software boundaries.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to make technical decisions under time and customer pressure.
  • Excellent English communication skills and willingness to travel up to approximately 40% during peak periods.

Nice to have

  • Experience in intralogistics, warehouse automation, or fulfillment systems.
  • Hands-on experience with industrial robots, especially ABB robots.
  • Familiarity with FAT/SAT processes and customer acceptance workflows.
  • Experience in fast-scaling or startup robotics environments.
  • French or German language skills.
