Construction Site Supervisor (Robotics)

Location: Burlington, NJ, United States; travel to project sites as needed up to 25%

Salary: $80,000–$105,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead and supervise daily construction activities on commercial and industrial job sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, materials, equipment, and labor resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and to required quality standards.
• Read construction drawings, specifications, and schedules; monitor progress and resolve field issues.
• Conduct safety meetings, enforce OSHA and company standards, and perform quality inspections.
• Support planning, site logistics, commissioning, turnover, documentation, and project closeout.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
• 2+ years leading field crews or working as a foreman.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, building systems, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to travel up to 25%, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds in active construction environments.

Nice to have

• Warehouse, manufacturing, distribution center, automation, or robotics installation experience.
• OSHA 30 certification and First Aid/CPR certification.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
• Mechanical, electrical, or industrial construction experience.
