Advanced Manufacturing Equipment Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Salary: $58,400–$100,800 per year, determined based on qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Install, support, start up, ramp, and continuously improve semiconductor production equipment.
• Establish equipment engineering and maintenance processes, documentation, SOPs, BKMs, and JBIs.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, analyze trace data, and resolve semiconductor process tool issues.
• Monitor and improve equipment KPIs, including Availability, Net MT%, and PM Success.
• Coordinate with process and manufacturing teams, equipment suppliers, and sister fabs to resolve escalations and implement best practices.
• Develop training materials and train equipment technicians while supporting safety, environmental, health, and security programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, or a related field from an accredited program.
• Graduation as part of the 2027 new college graduate program, with at least a 3.0 GPA and good academic standing.
• Written and verbal fluency in English is required.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, utility, and process tool schematics.
• Availability to travel up to 10%.
