Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (AI)

Salary: $190,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Design and ship AI-powered features for requirements drafting, consistency checks, impact analysis, and intelligent suggestions.
• Build agentic workflows that support design exploration, change simulation, and requirements validation.
• Evaluate and integrate language models, optimizing reliability, latency, cost, and debuggability.
• Build data pipelines, evaluation harnesses, prompt and model management, observability, and safety guardrails.
• Deliver complete AI features across backend integrations, APIs, and UI hooks.
• Partner with product and customers to identify workflows, run experiments, and iterate based on usage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing, testing, and operating production software at scale in cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with modern LLM providers and tooling, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, vector stores, and RAG patterns.
• Experience with prompt design, retrieval-augmented systems, evaluation methods, and safety or guardrail approaches.
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs across models, architectures, and deployment patterns.
• TypeScript/Node.js and Python experience for AI and backend services.
• Experience with Postgres and managed cloud services.
