Lead Product Manager, AI Storage Solutions

What you will do

• Define the strategic vision, multi-year roadmap, and execution plan for next-generation AI storage and memory solutions.
• Translate market dynamics, customer requirements, competitive intelligence, and technology inflection points into MRD and PRD documentation.
• Lead technical engagements with hyperscalers and chipmakers, converting performance, latency, and capacity needs into engineering deliverables.
• Develop business cases covering TAM/SAM/SOM, pricing, investment requirements, ROI, and product lifecycle decisions.
• Coordinate Stage Gate reviews and cross-functional execution with ASIC, firmware, NAND, systems, quality, reliability, operations, supply chain, and executive stakeholders.
• Drive supplier relationships and product performance, cost, yield, delivery, and technical readiness targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years working with AI architectures for datacenters or on-device systems.
• Deep understanding of flash memory, AI storage solutions, 3D stacking, TSV architectures, and NAND-based high-bandwidth architectures.
• Strong understanding of memory–accelerator integration, AI/ML GPU pipelines, memory subsystem architecture, and performance analysis.
• Proven experience managing and launching emerging technology products across the full product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, strategic, leadership, communication, and senior-level presentation skills; this is an individual contributor role.
