Technician II - Product/Test (Semiconductor Testing)

What you will do

• Support product and test engineering activities for microcontroller and flash-memory products at wafer sort and final test.
• Validate test programs, prepare loadboard and tester setups, and perform initial datalogging of reliability rejects.
• Monitor evaluation lots and engineering samples, including during weekend or night shifts, and provide regular status reports.
• Coordinate priorities and issue handoffs with Operations, Flexcell, Planning, maintenance, operators, and supervisors.
• Set up, troubleshoot, maintain, calibrate, perform preventive maintenance on, and repair engineering tools and equipment.
• Manage engineering hardware, tooling, inventory, shipments, documentation, and 5S activities; perform manual testing for urgent customer requests.

Requirements

• Knowledge of and interest in semiconductor test methods, particularly microcontrollers and flash memory.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and signal generators.
• Advanced computer skills, including personal computer hardware and network systems.
• Knowledge of QC tools, 5S, Why-Why analysis, SPC, and other test methodologies.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, coordination, and leadership skills; ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Effective spoken and written English is required.
