Supervisor Reliability Testing

What you will do

• Lead the Lipa reliability laboratory and manage local execution of reliability testing according to global standards, methods, and specifications.
• Provide operational and disciplinary leadership through performance management, coaching, feedback, and team development.
• Plan, assign, and prioritize laboratory activities covering production support, site transfers, cost-saving qualifications, and standard reliability requests.
• Coordinate people, schedules, equipment, samples, and laboratory activities to meet project, production, and customer requirements.
• Monitor execution reliability, cycle time, on-time delivery, schedule adherence, backlog stability, and documentation quality.
• Escalate operational and safety issues, drive local improvements, conduct Gemba walks, and maintain an audit-ready laboratory.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship, technician qualification, or degree in electrical engineering, electronics, physics, materials science, or a comparable technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in reliability testing, semiconductor testing, quality laboratory operations, or a comparable technical laboratory environment.
• Initial or proven leadership experience in team, shift, laboratory, technical, or supervisory coordination.
• Structured, execution-focused, safety-oriented working style with strong ownership of delivery, people development, and process discipline.
• Very good English skills required for leadership in a global, intercultural laboratory environment.
• Compliance with health, safety, EHS, and equipment-handling requirements is essential, including high-voltage and high-temperature test setups.
