Technician IV, Manufacturing (Process Technician) (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Biñan City, Laguna, CALABARZON, Philippines; shifting work schedule required.

What you will do

• Perform KIV checks on critical tool parameters, including clamping speed and picker teaching.
• Qualify equipment after setup, conversion, model, or configuration changes.
• Support process engineers with yield improvement initiatives, experimental builds, and engineering trials.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues for internal and external customers using troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate stoppage response, repair, and qualification activities, including ASM line OCAP support.
• Build test pieces for line maintenance and stable manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Electronics Technology, Electromechanical Technology, Computer Technology, Industrial Technology, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of equipment setup, qualification, tool conversion, and process verification.
• Understanding of equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and quality issue resolution.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions accurately and collaborate with engineers, maintenance personnel, and cross-functional teams.
• Open to onsite employment in Biñan City, Laguna, Philippines and a shifting work schedule.
