Civil Engineer E.I.T. (Land Development)

What you will do

• Support feasibility studies for land acquisitions, including concept planning, zoning analysis, preliminary grading, and cost estimating.
• Prepare civil construction plans for multifamily and residential subdivision projects for agency permitting and approvals.
• Assist with grading, drainage, utility, roadway, pavement, and infrastructure design calculations.
• Prepare hydrology and stormwater management reports and respond to agency review comments.
• Support project managers with technical reports, site visits, submittal reviews, RFI coordination, as-built reviews, and construction-phase services.
• Attend project progress and agency review meetings and coordinate assigned engineering services.

Requirements

• Experience in civil engineering and land development design.
• Ability to analyze and apply current regulatory criteria from local, state, and federal agencies.
• Ability to work under the direction of senior staff while developing technical and professional skills.
• Professional and ethical approach to customers, project coordination, and company procedures.
• Ability to work overtime and travel overnight.
