Salary: $95,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead planning, design, and management of high-quality municipal infrastructure projects focused on roadways, utilities, and site development.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and community leaders to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and engineering plans while participating in marketing and identifying new business opportunities.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain a high-performance, collaborative work environment.
• Represent the company at municipal meetings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in North Dakota and Minnesota, or ability to obtain within six months
• Minimum 5 years of relevant land development or municipal engineering experience
• Proven project management skills and understanding of local municipal processes/infrastructure needs
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-relations skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
• Business development experience or interest in client relationship management

• Knowledge of Fargo-Moorhead-area municipalities and regulatory agencies
