What you will do

• Lead planning, design, and management of high-quality municipal and land development projects focused on roadways, utilities, and site development.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and engineering plans.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and community leaders to deliver projects on time and budget.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a high-performance, collaborative environment.
• Represent the company at municipal meetings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to growth of municipal and land development services in Boise area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Idaho or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant municipal or land development civil engineering experience.
• Proven project management skills and understanding of local municipal processes/infrastructure.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-relations skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Boise, ID-area municipal processes.
