What you will do

• Build and maintain a modular design system for live implementations and Figma prototypes.
• Design complex, modular, multi-step onboarding flows for varied customer needs.
• Measure, test, and refine user journeys with a conversion-focused approach.
• Prototype ideas quickly and improve them using customer feedback.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end engineers to ensure accurate production implementation.
• Establish design foundations, standards, and practices that support a growing design culture.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience designing complex products or workflows.
• Experience with complex products or workflows; B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, compliance, or fintech experience is relevant.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to design beyond individual screens.
• Analytical rigor, including treating interactions and journeys as testable hypotheses.
• Clear communication and transparent documentation of decisions, trade-offs, and learnings.
• Comfort navigating complex system logic while moving quickly.
