Finance AI & Automation Lead

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid work with three days in the office and two days home office.

hirify.global is a grocery technology and e-commerce company operating across five markets and rebuilding its finance function around AI and automation.

What you will do

• Own the finance AI and automation agenda from strategy through delivery and measured business impact.
• Redesign finance processes using an agentic-first approach, beginning with close, reporting, and forecasting.
• Build AI agents and connect systems such as NetSuite, Rossum, and n8n using AI-assisted tools.
• Lead the live programme across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and the shared services centre.
• Lead and grow a team of three while increasing AI fluency across Finance and the SSC.
• Track automation rate, close time, cash allocation speed, cost reduction, and effort removed across five markets.

Requirements

• Track record of delivering transformation or automation programmes.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and integrating APIs with AI assistance; software engineering experience is not required.
• Understanding of finance operations or the ability to learn the function quickly.
• Ability to set baselines, assign owners, meet deadlines, and address delivery risks early.
• Ability to lead a small team while remaining hands-on and working directly on delivery.
• Fluent English required; Czech is not required.

Nice to have

• Background in strategy consulting, operations, transformation, or generalist business operations.
• Czech language skills.
