hirify.global is a fast-growing, international e-commerce company currently rebuilding its finance operations to be AI-first.

What you will do

• Own the AI and automation agenda across finance, from strategy through delivery to measured impact.
• Lead process redesign by mapping current states and designing agentic-first future workflows.
• Build and ship AI agents and system integrations using tools like NetSuite, Rossum, and n8n.
• Lead and grow a small team while raising AI fluency across the finance department.
• Track and report on key performance metrics including automation rates, close times, and cost efficiency.
• Roll out solutions across five markets while balancing local requirements with group standards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Munich, Germany, with regular travel to Prague HQ (min. 4 days/month).
• Proven track record of leading successful transformation or automation programmes.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and integrating APIs (no software engineering degree required, but technical comfort is essential).
• Strong understanding of finance functions or the ability to learn them rapidly.
• Ability to lead a small team while remaining hands-on with execution.
• Fluent in English.
