Advanced Manufacturing Process Engineer (2027 New College Graduate) (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Salary: $58,400–$100,800 per year

What you will do

• Support process transfers, equipment planning and selection, configuration, installation, startup, and volume ramp.
• Establish and document process engineering procedures and standard operating procedures for production tools.
• Create training materials and train shift technicians.
• Coordinate ramp-up plans with internal and external stakeholders, equipment suppliers, and vendors.
• Support daily sustaining activities, performance tracking, equipment matching, and continuous improvement after equipment startup.
• Apply Statistical Process Control, structured problem-solving, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or expected graduation, in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, or a related field.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 and good academic standing.
• English fluency required in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

• Leadership experience in the workplace, academic projects, or competitions.
• Interest in using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and decision-making.
