Software Engineer (AI Agent Platform)

What you will do

• Design and ship the orchestration layer for routing, sequencing, and supervising real-time multi-agent workflows.
• Build tooling, sandboxes, and evaluation loops that agents use to test and validate outputs before production deployment.
• Contribute to the Agent Manager system, including guardrails, rollback paths, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Develop full-stack features for the agent platform, spanning data models, APIs, and front-end tooling.
• Work with customer workflows to identify automation edge cases and convert them into platform safeguards.

Requirements

• New graduate engineer available to start between winter 2026 and summer 2027; earlier availability is preferred.
• Comfort with Python, including asyncio and FastAPI, and TypeScript, including Node and React.
• Knowledge of computer science fundamentals, particularly distributed systems.
• Coursework, internship, or personal-project experience with LLM APIs, evaluation frameworks, RAG, or agent frameworks such as LangChain or MCP.
• Evidence of shipping complete projects end-to-end and comfort working in ambiguous, emerging technical areas.
