Solutions Engineer (Robotics)

Location: Hybrid role based in Munich or Metzingen / Riederich, Germany

What you will do

• Serve as the technical bridge between customers, Product Management, and Sales teams.
• Design, plan, and lead complex robotics pilot projects for enterprise customers.
• Develop technical solution architectures tailored to customer-specific requirements.
• Guide customers through the entire solution design process, from requirements gathering to final concept.
• Partner with Account Executives throughout technical pre-sales engagements.
• Present complex technical solutions to executive and decision-making stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of experience developing technical concepts, architectures, and workflows.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Pre-Sales Engineering.
• Strong expertise in technical requirements engineering and concept development.
• Experience working with SDKs, APIs, and technical integration projects.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
