FPGA Development Tools Engineer (FPGA)

hirify.global develops FPGA hardware and software tools for high-level FPGA design, including DSP Builder and HLS.

What you will do

• Develop and support the DSP Builder high-level design tool.
• Design and implement improvements to the HLD compiler stack.
• Analyze bottlenecks in user designs and implement compiler optimizations.
• Benchmark FPGA-targeted generated hardware comprehensively.
• Combine compiler software development with digital hardware design to optimize generated FPGA RTL.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or five years of commercial experience in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Strong C/C++ software development skills, including efficient data structures and algorithms.
• Technical knowledge of digital hardware design concepts.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Verilog, VHDL, and related digital hardware design flows.
• Experience developing optimizing compilers.
• Experience with FPGAs.
