Deployment Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end customer deployments from design and implementation through rollout.
• Map customer workflows, measure success, and iterate directly with customers.
• Turn complex operational processes into automated workflows with measurable business impact.
• Identify recurring customer patterns and opportunities to inform product and engineering roadmaps.
• Translate customer needs into scalable solutions and connect engineering with sales.

Requirements

• Experience coding in TypeScript, Python, or a similar modern programming language.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and web application architecture.
• Comfort engaging directly with customers to troubleshoot issues and understand edge cases.
• Ability to learn technologies such as Next.js, Hasura, and Postgres.
• Ownership mindset, clean and rapid implementation, and the ability to solve complex technical problems under pressure.
