Fullstack Engineer (Frontend Leaning) (AI)

Location: On-site in London, United Kingdom

Salary: $100,000–$220,000 per year plus significant equity

What you will do

• Design and develop intuitive, high-performance interfaces for AI-assisted intellectual property workflows.
• Prototype and ship product features based on feedback from leading law firms and IP teams.
• Deliver features end to end across frontend and backend systems.
• Integrate and customize WYSIWYG document editors for patent drafting workflows.
• Help establish standards for code quality, delivery speed, and design excellence.

Requirements

• Professional experience building and scaling complex web applications.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, modern frontend frameworks, and state management.
• Comfort working with backend systems and full-stack frameworks.
• Strong product intuition and the ability to turn vague user needs into polished interfaces.
• Ability to work on-site in London.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python backend development.
• Experience with WYSIWYG APIs such as TinyMCE, CKEditor, or ProseMirror.
• Proficiency in Figma and strong visual design judgment.
• Experience with Postgres and data modeling.
