Revenue Economics Analyst (Finance)

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; onsite at least four days per week

Base salary: $85,000–$95,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Build and review proformas for new and existing deals across the national portfolio.
• Develop underwriting models using internal and external data to support go-to-market strategy.
• Quantify the business impact of hirify.global technology and create compelling business cases.
• Partner with sales and operations leaders on underwriting and asset-management best practices.
• Stress-test asset performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver strategic analyses.
• Automate revenue workflows and translate insights into cross-functional recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience working across complex sales cycles and revenue workflows.
• Progressive accounting and finance experience, including reviewing and interpreting P&L statements.
• Strong financial modeling, data synthesis, visualization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and workflow automation tools.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across departments and seniority levels.
• Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and experience using AI tools to improve workflows.
