Senior Product Manager (Financial Consolidations)

Location: Bengaluru, India; office attendance required at least 3 days per week for candidates within reasonable commuting distance

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and functional evolution of the Financial Consolidations product suite.
• Research customer, prospect, analyst, accounting advisory, and internal stakeholder needs alongside market and competitive trends.
• Define product initiatives from concept through production by writing epics, PRDs, user stories, and scalable technical requirements.
• Lead consolidation workflows covering multi-entity aggregation, intercompany eliminations, FX translation, CTA tracking, NCI calculations, ownership hierarchies, and statutory reporting.
• Serve as Product Owner for engineering and UX scrum teams, participating in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and blocker resolution.
• Provide domain expertise and mentor junior and incoming Product Management team members.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Financial Consolidations, corporate closing software, or enterprise ERP financials.
• 3–4 years of Product Management experience and 6–10 years of overall experience in software product management, financial engineering, or enterprise accounting technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Deep knowledge of multi-entity consolidation, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and group financial reporting standards.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into intuitive UI requirements and technical user stories.
• Strong communication, leadership, quantitative, analytical, troubleshooting, and data-integrity skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud Financials, Workday, OneStream, Anaplan, HFM, or FCCS.
• Active CPA certification or experience in audit or financial controller roles.
