Senior Product Manager I - Regulatory Reporting

Location: Onsite in Noida, India

What you will do

• Own a product within the Clearwater system and define its product roadmap.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog and define requirements for new features.
• Collaborate with 8–15 developers on the design, development, testing, and launch of product capabilities.
• Engage with clients, prospects, sales, operations, technology, and other stakeholders to identify needs and communicate roadmap updates.
• Measure the success of feature releases and support product growth, bookings, client NPS, and gross margin targets.
• Lead and guide teams, share effective team processes, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including 4+ years in investment management, operations, or accounting.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of private markets, financial services, and alternative investments such as private equity, limited partnerships, mortgage loans, bank loans, or derivatives.
• Experience working directly with clients and preparing presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience writing business requirements for financial technology products or services and working with data visualization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
