Product Manager – Commercial Sales Technology & AI

What you will do

• Administer commercial sales technology platforms including Seismic, Responsive, and LinkedIn, covering configuration, governance, access, SSO, and user roles.
• Configure, document, test, roll out, and support commercial AI agents and copilots, including the CIQ Training Agent, Sales Assistant Agent, hirify.global Procurement Assistant, and Win/Loss Intelligence Advisor.
• Define the business operating model for MCP integrations with Seismic and Responsive in collaboration with technical and security stakeholders.
• Own Global Client Retention renewal intelligence dashboards, maintaining data quality and improving reporting for commercial teams.
• Create configuration guides, playbooks, process maps, training materials, and user documentation to support adoption across NA, EMEA, and APAC.
• Manage vendors, support issues, platform upgrades, rollout communications, readiness checks, and adoption feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise sales technology or commercial platforms.
• Experience with SSO configuration, super-admin access, user roles, access controls, vendor management, and basic security reviews.
• Practical experience configuring, deploying, and supporting AI tools or agents for business users.
• Working knowledge of integrations and MCP servers, with the ability to explain technical implications clearly to users and support teams.
• Experience producing technical documentation, playbooks, process maps, one-page guides, and training materials.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; background in fintech, financial services, enterprise SaaS, revenue operations, or commercial technology.
