Product Leadership Role (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the overall product roadmap and align product development with business goals.
• Analyze the competitive environment, customer needs, and product metrics to identify the right features to develop.
• Drive product requirements, product planning, and product design, including writing PRDs.
• Work cross-functionally with the Product Development team to launch new features and enhancements.
• Communicate product benefits clearly to users and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other go-to-market functions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management or an equivalent role.
• Proven experience building and launching consumer and mobile products.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ Product Managers and managing highly cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience taking B2C products from 0→1 and scaling them from 1→n.
• Strong first-principles problem-solving skills and experience building and scaling complex processes.
