is building an AI code review platform that helps developers improve delivery speed and code quality across the software development lifecycle.
What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of new features and product offerings.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to turn ideas into functional software.
- Participate in analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness in an enterprise-grade production environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience, including debugging complex production systems in scalable SaaS environments.
- Strong expertise in Python and modern backend development practices.
- Strong experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of cloud-native architecture using GCP or AWS.
- Ability to use modern AI tools to improve development speed and code quality.
- Proven ownership of features throughout development, production, and maintenance.
Nice to have
- Experience in AI-focused companies, particularly with NLP.
- Familiarity with vibe coding.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerization.
