Salary: $90,000–$160,000 annually

What you will do

  • Execute procurement activities across EPC projects from requisition through delivery, closeout, and documentation turnover.
  • Develop sourcing strategies, identify qualified suppliers, and prepare RFQs and bid packages.
  • Evaluate supplier proposals based on cost, schedule, technical compliance, and risk.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage purchase orders, service agreements, subcontracts, and change orders.
  • Coordinate with engineering, quality, construction, and project teams to align procurement with execution priorities.
  • Monitor supplier performance, expedite critical materials, resolve delivery and quality issues, and maintain audit-ready records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–8 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain, preferably in EPC, construction, or industrial environments.
  • Experience sourcing materials, equipment, and services for technical or capital projects.
  • Knowledge of RFQs, bid evaluations, purchase order management, and interpretation of technical documents and specifications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel; availability for extended hours and weekends as needed, with openness to travel.

Nice to have

  • Experience in regulated industries such as nuclear, energy, or infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of quality standards, supplier qualification, documentation control, commercial risk, and supplier management.
  • Experience with large capital projects or EPC environments and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards.
  • Professional certification such as CPSM, CPPB, or equivalent.
