Product Designer (AI)

hirify.global builds Aidan, an AI employee that leads customer calls through realtime voice, vision, and browser use.

What you will do

• Own product frontend design from ambiguous user problems through shipped visual experiences.
• Design the platform where customers build and manage AI employees and the live interface where Aidan interacts with end users.
• Define hirify.global's visual identity, marketing site, and how an AI employee presents itself to the world.
• Prototype in code and collaborate closely with engineers to prevent design drift during implementation.
• Drive tight design, implementation, and real-user iteration cycles through launch.
• Work with the founders by presenting options, explaining tradeoffs, and incorporating feedback.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of product design experience with shipped work.
• Strong UX thinking grounded in user problems rather than aesthetics alone.
• Experience building or meaningfully shaping a complete design system.
• Comfort with code prototyping and close, ongoing collaboration with engineers.
• Ability to make decisive design judgments, evaluate pointed feedback, and explain decisions with clear reasoning.
• This is not a Figma-only, pure brand/marketing, or people-management-focused design role.
