What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives within Finance Deal Management.
• Translate business strategy into executable programmes, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Establish governance, reporting structures, decision-making frameworks, and operating models.
• Coordinate Finance, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple project teams and workstreams, managing scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Drive change management, adoption, organisational readiness, and transition into business operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of programme management or relevant business and technology experience.
• Proven success delivering large-scale business transformation programmes and managing concurrent projects and workstreams.
• Strong executive stakeholder management, programme governance, risk management, and commercial and financial acumen.
• At least 3 years of experience in a management position.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or relevant equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel to hirify.global, partner, and customer events, including up to 25% travel.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial, sales, or revenue operations.
• Experience with quote-to-cash or order-to-cash processes.
• Background in data and analytics programmes, enterprise systems, automation, digital transformation, or governance, risk, and compliance.
• Experience in technology, distribution, services, or consulting environments.
