About the Company:
We are a team developing and scaling products in the iGaming and Sweepstakes space. The company focuses on compliant player acquisition through affiliate media, SEO content, lead generation, and performance funnels, with a strong focus on traffic quality, compliance, and brand safety.

About the Role:
We are looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of the operational side of the email marketing direction. You will work with a Email Marketing team , set and decompose goals, monitor performance, identify blockers, and build scalable processes.

Previous experience specifically in email marketing is not required - we are looking for a strong operations professional who knows how to manage goals, people, processes, and results.

Responsibilities:
🟠Manage a team of Email Marketing Managers
🟠Set, decompose, and track team goals
🟠Run the weekly planning and plan-vs-fact review cycle
🟠Identify and remove operational blockers
🟠Manage vendors and department budgets
🟠Build and document scalable processes
🟠Ensure tasks are completed and targets are achieved
🟠Take responsibility for the department’s P&L in the future

Requirements:
🟠Russian — conversational
🟠2+ years of experience managing teams, processes, or cross-functional projects
🟠Strong understanding of goal-setting, KPIs, and performance management
🟠Experience with planning, tracking results, and addressing underperformance
🟠Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset
🟠Ability to work independently and take ownership
🟠iGaming / affiliate experience is a plus, but not mandatory
