Location: Bellevue, Washington; hirify.global technology is subject to U.S. Government export-control requirements, and applicants must identify their U.S. citizenship, nationality, asylee, refugee, or lawful permanent resident status.

Salary range: $110,015.66–$142,877.48 per year; the range is specific to Washington State.

What you will do

  • Manage subcontracts from pre-award through post-award, including performance, change control, quality, cost, schedule, and closeout.
  • Lead sourcing and bidding activities through RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs, including market research and supplier evaluation.
  • Perform cost and price analysis, prepare procurement summaries and award documentation, and negotiate pricing, terms, schedules, and delivery commitments.
  • Issue subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders; monitor and expedite orders and resolve receipt, payment, invoice, and contract interpretation issues.
  • Support strategic sourcing for first-of-a-kind equipment and capital procurements while building a qualified supplier base.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, project teams, technical representatives, suppliers, and management to mitigate procurement and delivery risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of procurement or subcontract management experience.
  • Experience executing subcontracts under FAR and/or 2 CFR 200 Procurement Standards, including flexibly priced subcontracts.
  • Understanding of federal cost principles, export-controlled information, ERP-supported procurement, and subcontract administration.
  • Strong organization, communication, collaboration, follow-through, and independent ownership skills.
  • Applicants must undergo U.S. Government export-control review and provide applicable U.S. citizenship or immigration-status information.

Nice to have

  • Nuclear industry experience or a technical subject-matter background.
  • Experience procuring engineered equipment or components, design/build/delivery work, or construction under quality-assurance requirements.
  • Experience implementing interface and procurement strategies.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
