Cloud Support Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance for banking technology clients within a multi-region 24/7 shift pattern.
• Investigate, triage, and resolve client issues by reviewing logs, alerts, traces, dashboards, and observability tools.
• Own support tickets, communicate incident progress and resolution plans, and work with L3 engineering within agreed service levels.
• Provision cloud infrastructure, manage production clusters, and support product installation, configuration, upgrades, and releases.
• Collaborate with engineering and Client Success teams on technical investigations and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or another container orchestration tool such as OpenShift or Docker Swarm.
• Experience providing technology support to financial institutions or enterprise organizations.
• Experience analyzing monitoring tools, logs, dashboards, and trends, including creating utilities to analyze log dumps.
• Linux and system administration experience, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerized applications, microservices, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or ArgoCD.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with AWS or GCP administration consoles and cloud facilities.
• Experience with AI tooling and workflows or client-facing support, integration, implementation engineering, or solution architecture in B2B software products.
