TL;DR
Technical Support Engineer, Zero Trust (Cloudflare Zero Trust): Providing advanced technical support for enterprise customers deploying and operating Access, Gateway, and Teams, with an accent on identity, device security, authentication integrations, and secure application access. Focus on troubleshooting SSO, SAML, OIDC, IAM, network security, cloud integrations, and security incidents while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Security teams.
Location: In-office in Singapore

What you will do
- Provide advanced technical support and advisory services to enterprise customers using ’s Zero Trust platform, including Access, Gateway, and Teams.
- Troubleshoot identity, device security, secure application access, authentication, and network security issues.
- Diagnose and resolve configuration and integration challenges involving SSO, SAML, OIDC, LDAP, and MFA mechanisms.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles, technical guides, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Support customers during security incidents and provide feedback that informs product improvements.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience supporting networking or web security products as a Support Engineer or Senior Support Engineer.
- Experience with MFA mechanisms including TOTP, SMS, FIDO, U2F, WebAuth, email, and push MFA.
- Hands-on experience with IAM systems such as Okta, Ping Identity, or Azure Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge of SAML, OIDC, LDAP, secure web gateways, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and traffic routing.
- Experience supporting AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS application integrations, and database servers such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience; relevant certifications are valued.
Nice to have
- Certified Zero Trust Specialist, CISSP, or CCSP certification.
