L2 Support Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Singapore; hybrid work with three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Act as the primary client contact for support matters, lead performance reviews, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage end-to-end incident and issue resolution, including escalation and closure of critical issues.
• Lead complex problem-solving, balance client needs with organizational capabilities, and support on-call operations.
• Act as manager in charge during critical incidents and help maintain 24/7 system availability.
• Maintain audit documentation, compliance reporting, knowledge resources, and support processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners to improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing client accounts and explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate MS Excel, SQL, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of incident management, escalation procedures, audit, compliance, and the banking industry.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup with three days in the office per week.
• Availability to work holidays on a rotational basis.

Nice to have

• hirify.global Certification or ITIL certification.
• Software development experience or a technical background.
• Knowledge of stock exchanges, settlements, corporate actions, or transaction reporting.
• Training and mentoring experience or vendor and third-party coordination experience.
