Location: Remote (Must be based in Singapore)
Salary: SGD 173,990 – SGD 199,000

What you will do
- Design and evolve support operations to anticipate customer needs and improve service standards.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers to architect onboarding experiences for high-profile enterprise clients.
- Monitor platform activity and collaborate with developers to solve pain points before they impact clients.
- Build automations for manual, repetitive workflows to increase team efficiency.
- Investigate trade discrepancies and monitor execution quality for brokerage clients in collaboration with Operations teams.
- Conduct post-incident reviews to codify best practices and scale support for rapid growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore.
- 2-3+ years in technical support or customer-facing engineering, preferably in fast-paced fintech or high-growth tech.
- Experience collaborating with engineers, product managers, and institutional clients.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, documentation, and incident management with knowledge of cloud platforms and APIs.
- Background in brokerage or trading operations, including trade lifecycle support and asset movement.
- Ability to operate independently in environments with limited process and prioritize tasks effectively.
