Campaign Delivery & Readiness Professional

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $86,300–$118,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery and operational readiness of acquisition and retention campaigns.
• Coordinate Marketing, Operations, Product, Clinical, Compliance, Analytics, and Contact Center teams.
• Manage multi-channel campaign execution across digital, contact center, direct mail, email, SMS, and member engagement channels.
• Ensure campaigns are market-ready, compliant, operationally sound, and launched on schedule.
• Evaluate campaign performance and implement process improvements to increase speed, efficiency, and execution quality.
• Support engagement, growth, retention, quality, and member experience objectives.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, program management, healthcare operations, member engagement, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and 2–4+ years managing midscale to large-scale projects.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial trends.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access.
• Must be able to work remotely from within the United States and maintain a dedicated workspace protecting member PHI and HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, health plans, Medicare, or other regulated industries.
