Content Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Own the publishing calendar across the website, social media, email and blog.
• Write LinkedIn and X posts, campaign and event emails, landing pages, product and lifecycle copy, event materials, articles and explainers.
• Plan content distribution across platforms, newsletters and trusted communities for technical audiences.
• Write and improve content using SEO and AI-search requirements, including answer-first structures and internal linking.
• Repurpose long-form essays into channel-native content and manage event communications before, during and after events.
• Track performance across the blog and organic social channels, use AI tools for research and iteration, and protect the company voice.

Requirements

• 4+ years of in-house or agency writing experience, preferably for technical or developer audiences.
• A portfolio of published work demonstrating range across formats and lengths.
• Working knowledge of SEO and how AI search surfaces content.
• Fluency with AI tools for research, outlining, iteration and quality checks, with strong editorial judgment.
• Commercial literacy, performance measurement skills and the ability to connect content with outcomes.
• Proactive communication, autonomy and the ability to execute an existing strategy while challenging and improving it.

Nice to have

• Technical background, formal or self-taught.
• Experience running a newsletter, blog or independent publication.
• Experience marketing to engineers, developers or other technical audiences.
• Event and community content experience.
• Basic design or motion skills.
