What you will do

• Lead the evolution of enterprise risk, compliance, and governance programs across a complex payments organization.
• Provide governance reporting, insights, and recommendations to support risk-informed executive decisions.
• Strengthen operational resilience, business continuity, and critical-event preparedness.
• Promote accountability, ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk management.
• Improve risk, audit, and assurance processes by identifying emerging threats and closing control gaps.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading enterprise risk, compliance, governance, or operational risk programs in a complex, highly regulated organization.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and stakeholders to improve controls and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management frameworks, audit practices, and business continuity principles.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to translate complex risks and regulatory requirements into actionable recommendations.
• Experience leading, developing, and empowering high-performing teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, financial services, or technology.
• An advanced degree or professional certification in risk, compliance, or governance.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that improved compliance effectiveness, operational resilience, or risk maturity.
