Associate Director - Specialized Mortgage Solutions

What you will do

• Lead the onboarding, structuring, and execution of Specialized Mortgage Solutions relationships.
• Partner with Managing Directors and clients to align cash management and account structures with borrower, lender, servicer, and loan requirements.
• Manage the full deal lifecycle from intake through account activation, coordinating Credit, Treasury Management, Legal, Operations, and risk partners.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for borrowers, lenders, servicers, management companies, and other operating account relationships.
• Oversee DACA, CMA, custodial, and self-service platform onboarding, servicing, notices, account maintenance, and treasury implementation.
• Monitor portfolio deposit balances, fee generation, client satisfaction, process efficiency, and product gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 or more years of experience with Specialized Mortgage Solutions, mortgage systems and platforms, KYC documentation, and DocuSign package preparation.
• Experience coordinating KYC, AML/BSA, enhanced due diligence, BOCP compliance, and regulatory or risk reviews.
• Experience managing high-volume deal pipelines, onboarding deliverables, client communication, and closing timelines.
• Experience with treasury management implementation, DACA and CMA processes, account structures, wire instructions, and account analysis.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania for this remote role.
