Officer, Operations (Fintech)

What you will do

• Execute daily merchant payment, settlement clearing, reconciliation, invoicing, dispute handling, and manual transaction processes.
• Support sales activities by preparing proposals, coordinating RFPs, managing documentation, and assisting with client meetings and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, banks, and service providers to maintain smooth transaction flows and resolve issues.
• Monitor operational performance and prepare monthly reports against service-level and customer-satisfaction standards.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve operational issues while following internal procedures and controls.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in financial operations, transaction processing, or back-office support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good written and spoken Chinese and English, including the ability to handle documentation and dispute cases.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standardized procedures while managing multiple tasks.
• Effective communication, coordination, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in credit card operations or payment processing.
• Background in accounting, reconciliation, or financial services operations.
• Familiarity with RFP preparation or client coordination.
