Channel Marketing Specialist, Canada

Location: Remote, Canada; travel within Canada and the USA may be required for partner meetings and events.

What you will do

• Own channel marketing strategy and execution for the Canadian market.
• Partner with sales, regional marketing, and operations teams to align local plans with regional and global objectives.
• Lead integrated marketing initiatives across retail, e-commerce, digital campaigns, and events.
• Adapt regional and global programs for Canadian market conditions and maximize marketing development fund ROI.
• Manage concurrent strategic and operational initiatives with limited oversight.
• Define KPIs, analyze performance data, optimize plans, and provide market updates to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–8+ years of experience in channel marketing or a related field, preferably in technology.
• Strong understanding of Canadian retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels.
• Experience supporting product launches or integrated go-to-market initiatives.
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English and French is required.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in Marketing.
• Experience working within a global or regional marketing organization.
• Experience developing successful channel marketing programs.
