Manager of Product Solutions

Location: Singapore; remote

Salary: SGD 162K–SGD 243K annually, plus commission.

What you will do

• Analyze complex client environments and connect their challenges to hirify.global's platform capabilities.
• Engage C-level prospects, communicate the strategic value proposition, and support business development opportunities through closure.
• Deliver tailored online and onsite demonstrations of the hirify.global product suite.
• Provide thought leadership on internal audit, risk management, controls, and regional compliance trends.
• Partner with global business development, implementation, and engineering teams to address APAC clients' functional and linguistic requirements.
• Mentor internal resources and develop team members' skills and expertise.

Requirements

• 5–9 years of experience in Big Four consulting, internal audit, compliance, or risk management.
• Expert understanding of internal audit methodology, enterprise risk management, and internal controls management.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, critical-thinking, project-management, presentation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience working with auditors, cross-functional teams, product engineering groups, and senior leadership.
• Fluent English required. Professional proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese is advantageous but not required.

Nice to have

• CIA, CISA, CPA, or CA certification.
• Knowledge of COBIT, SOC, COSO, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, HITRUST, or NIST guidance.
• Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced technology environment.
