A well-capitalized Physical AI company building Factory SuperIntelligence (FSI) to automate tedious and hazardous manufacturing tasks through autonomous, adaptive robotic systems.

What you will do

• Design and train state-of-the-art AI models for perception, inspection, and robotic control.
• Lead the development of simulation-based tooling, including reinforcement learning and synthetic data generation.
• Own synthetic data pipelines using generative AI, physics-based simulation, and 3D geometry.
• Deploy and maintain ML models on production robotic systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Bridge the gap between simulation and physical robotic cells to ensure robust model transfer.
• Troubleshoot complex, cross-disciplinary issues across ML, robotics software, and hardware.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of industry experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with C++ is preferred.
• Deep expertise in machine learning and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
• Demonstrated experience working with real robotic manipulators and physical robotic cells.
• Experience with simulation environments such as Isaac Lab or MuJoCo.
